Terms of Service

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Courseexe. These terms govern your use of all Courseexe products and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Courseexe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

Courseexe provides a suite of free developer tools including, but not limited to: disposable email addresses, SMTP server testers, email template builders, email header analyzers, developer tunnel (HTTPS localhost exposure), cloud MongoDB database clusters, and various utility tools such as password generators, JWT decoders, DNS lookups, and SSL certificate validators. These services are provided "as-is" for legitimate development and testing purposes.

3. User Accounts

Some features require registration. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Each registered user is allocated 100 MB of total storage across all features. Accounts may be suspended if used for abusive, illegal, or resource-exhausting activities.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, to conduct phishing attacks, to distribute malware, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or to overload, disrupt, or degrade the Service. Violations may result in immediate account termination without notice.

5. Quotas and Storage

Registered users are granted 100 MB of storage across permanent email and cluster features. If you exhaust your storage quota, no new data will be saved until space is freed. The Service reserves the right to adjust quotas at any time. Free-tier features are provided at our discretion and may change or be discontinued.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and materials on Courseexe are the intellectual property of Courseexe unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. User-generated content (e.g., emails received in your inbox) remains yours, but you grant us the right to store and transmit it for service delivery.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Courseexe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
